it reminded me of the 3 stooges ,the police lieutenant was worried about the crowd ,hey if they're stupid enough to stand there,some with their kids they deserve to be eaten,was there no rescue air bags available? who's the einstein who brought the fishing net and they wonder what killed it? maybe THE FALL

oh yes - believe me its true. First we had a media circus for hours with hundreds of ppl milling about, then the best solution was to shoot him with a tranquilizer and try to catch him with a net which he fell right through and bounced on his head and was killed in front of everyone. Of course the death was played over & over on the local news. Looks like the New York state DEC is just as inept as the Senate is.

i am so outraged at the DEC that they did not use a better tactic to get the bear down fromt he tree before bringing him to it's death
