Live Swatches!!! NYX Round Lipstick!!! Pt.1

Hello All!! I am doing a little experiement. Instead of doing reviews and swatches on a slide show i wanted to do it live and actually putting the product on! Shot out to scandlousbeauty!!! I was watching one of her videos and got the idea from her. She's Brilliant!!

Thanks so much for this! I have a yellowy brown skin tone but my lips are more of a darker mauvey brown color. So I would do swatches on my hand and be all 'Awesome color!" purchase it, go home, and be terribly disappointed. It took me quite some time to find someone of a deeper brown skin tone/lip tone doing swatches of the nyx round lippies. thanks again so much :D this really is a big help as to what will probably work out best for me.

wildzephre, Thanks for doing all of these NYX swatches. I am brown-skinned and I have the two tone lip problem too. Yeah, I think a lot of us black women have to contend with it. I spent a lot of effort and money trying to cover it up. But you know what? I can't bother fighting it anymore. I just try and roll with it. I have noticed that men of all races love my lips, especially when I let the pink shine through. Once in a while; I will try and cover it up. But I guess I am too old now.

Thanks for this swatch and review video because there aren't many swatch videos of WOC! Also thanks for all of the helpful tips. The live video is cool, but I would have enjoyed too seeing the lip looks in pictures maybe at the end of the video. I think the colors would have shown up more "true" in photos, but again thank you for this video ;-).

I am not into dark burgandies or browns, And I love the nude colors, and I was considering Orion too! It's a bit hard at times trying to find nudish pinks for a skintone like NW45, etc. Thank you, again. ^_^
