Stationary Bike too boring? Jazz it up with weights and burn more calories. Just add 5 pound weights and some funky music and you're off. Get ready to burn, sweat and HAVE FUN. You get your cardio in and your weight lifting in at the same time. Add this to a well balanced diet.

  • I've definitely lost weight. I probably burn about 400 - 500 calories each session when you include everything I do. But why it works the most is because I enjoy doing it. Once an exercise is enjoyed the more successful it is for you. I don't do this for an hour straight. I would dance to each song (about 5 minutes), take a break and then go on to the next song. After about 4-5 songs I'm done.
