Introduction of a holistic approach to healing from depression or anxiety. This model is used at the H.R. Mental Wellness Centre (support group and one-on-one coaching). The model addresses body, mind, and spirit.

  • the deep breathing in part 2 works great and helps in digestion as well...helps depression most of all and depression and phoias are closely relaated.

  • bit hard for people without money and friends too support them

  • Damn, I have to go to work, don't you just love when work interups life as we would like it?? NOT! Will be back for another look at your video when I get time... after you know what has sucked 8 hours out of me.

  • One thing that I learned, and it is helping me a lot is about self pity. We need to stop piting ourselves and set some goals for our lifes and then move in that direction.
