  • is that dried daikon or dried kampyo?

    

  • @friedtubesox sliced dried daikon. it reconstitutes quicky in water. Kampyo, dried strips of a gourd need longer cooking. Nice taste too.

  • is black konnyaku or white konnyaku better?

  • @sk0616 If i remember right, it is naturally white. The black one has some additonal vegetable pulp added to give it color. P.s. thanks for all the comments. Glad you like the food.
