I have nothing against anyone.I 'm a Serb but I consider myself to be a citizen  of the world.But you tell lies.It happens that i understand bulgarian and youtell lies to non-bulgarian speakers.At the beggining you show us a document and tell us that its a document about the Balkan Confederation and Pirot and Bulgaro-Macedonians but it even doesnt mention it.

@wsdf8 I'm afraid that i can not quite understand what you are trying to say. In 1946 there was a secret agreement between Tito,Stalin and Georgi Dimitrov for establishing of great Jugoslavia including Bulgaria. In order to do so Jugoslavia had to agree to give back the Western bulgarian outlands back to Bulgaria(Caribrod,Bosilegrad and the whole region) and Bulgaria was obliged to give up Pirin Macedonia to Jugoslavia.

@wsdf8 Further to this, following the orders from Moscow of the communistic party of the Soviet Union, the bulgarian com. party commanded the local authorities during the census from 1946 how to fill out the papers.All locals must be macedonians according to this letter and the police has to make sure everybody fills out the application in the way Moscow wants.So i didn't lie about anything and Pirot is not mentioned in this letter. May be your bulgarian is not as good as you think it is.
