Japanese growth seems rather erratic. What is the present situation and the outlook for growth in Japan? PHILIPPE D'ARVISENETWell, it has been erratic but quite sustained mostly. At the end of last year, we experienced a 1% rate of growth, Q4 vis-à-vis Q3, then 1% again which is huge. Then there was a disappointment because the first release was 0.1% in Q2. But it was revised up to 0.4%. And according to the indicators that we have today, growth should be in the province of 3/4 of a percent in the third quarter. Things are better. That said, we had last week the quarterly survey which is made by a bank of Japan, the so-called Tankan. This indicates that the situation is good as of today  - both in the manu
