  • Yeah, I think it's mostly about momentum going in the right direction at the right time. That probably doesn't help much. It's not a push up from you arms. You get the momentum in the roll back and then you have to shoot your feet to the ceiling. This part takes a little playing around with to know when the right time to do it is, but the momentum then transfers to an up direction and your arms just stay by your head and support you when you get the the handstand.

  • I don't really do it in this video, but starting out you should push out a bit so your butt hits the floor a little ways away from your feet. That will give you more momentum to roll up. Also, you could do a straight jump and then go into it and it will also help with the momentum. I can't really remember what to think about in the middle, but I guess you just want to shoot your legs towards the ceiling. It just takes some practice. Doing these in a row is really fun once you get them down.
