if he loves cooking with it and makes everyone cook with it, then why is he frying everything before hand, and why is he in a 3 star restaurante, he talks about the quality luxury and the primary thins to be the best chef, well he isnt the best chef

Wether it's good for you I don't know, all i know is I love the taste, it's kinda a mellow salt, very very good.

coca cola is the main flavour source for sweetness... citrus... cinnamon... aged balsamic vinegar is sweet and a little sour which i dont think he is using... to compensate for the lack of sweetness... the coca cola sauce might work.... although it does sound dodgy if he serves this in a 3star restaurant
