  • i liked the part where he sad "GAMMA" all the time

  • he is just 3 star not michelin

  • its goes to 5 stars, and then you can get michelin stars after that

  • 3 star is the maximum amount of stars u can get for a michelin food guide award

  • if he loves cooking with it and makes everyone cook with it, then why is he frying everything before hand, and why is he in a 3 star restaurante, he talks about the quality luxury and the primary thins to be the best chef, well he isnt the best chef

  • yeah i know what you mean, if this is so great how come he isnt in a 5 star?

  • Wether it's good for you I don't know, all i know is I love the taste, it's kinda a mellow salt, very very good.

  • coca cola is the main flavour source for sweetness... citrus... cinnamon... aged balsamic vinegar is sweet and a little sour which i dont think he is using... to compensate for the lack of sweetness... the coca cola sauce might work.... although it does sound dodgy if he serves this in a 3star restaurant

  • Some one could pay me to say how great this salt is too.

  • Did he say balsamic and COCA COLA??? if so, he just ruined that dish.
