Beautiful! Reminds me of "So Like A Rose" on the 'Beautiful' album. Shirley is the only singer I know of that can sing in a flat voice and still sound amazing! No one else could pull that off, at least not as well.

This is a pretty good cover. Nothing beats the Velvet Underground, but this is really nice. I love Shirley Manson's voice.

This sadly pales in comparison to Beth's version.

But then again.. Beth Gibbons is pure and beautiful and one of a kind so Shirley Manson couldn't begin to hold a match to her depth.

I agree, after watching the tenderly fragile version performed by Beth Gibbons, this one just bores me.

When I watch Beth's performance, my heart is weeping and I wish I could go over there and hug her.
