Erin in Scottsbluff Nebraska

This is a trip we took a while ago to Scottsbluff Nebraska. If you're ever in Scottsbluff I highly recommend eating at Rosita's. It's the best Mexican restaurant I've ever been to.

My old stomping grounds. I'm from Minatare. I just took my kids to the monument last summer, but we didn't hike up, we drove.
