Yeah I know the Jam's Eton Rifles. Although it's a good song, "Maybe someday" is 1000 times better!! It has a lot more energy, the sound is a lot cleaner and his vocals are way superior, not to mention that the only similarity is in the chorus for 2 bars, so a tiny proportion of the song!

I like the song but......... Has anyone ever heard The Jam's version of Eton Rifles? Way too similar.

Was referring to The Killers as there obviously isn't a 'Brandon' in The Cinematics nor have The Cinematics released their 3rd album yet..

Why would they be at a 'local' show in the UK when they're from Nevada, USA?
I think Brandon was always a bit of a performer and an exhibitionalist and hasn't 'sold out' per se, but the 3rd album really is terrible.
