I'm done with muscle tech products. I tried nano x9 in the gym tonight and almost threw up and I feel like shit right now. I'll stick to just protein. 100% Whey Protein did me justice though from all the protein that I've taken. Expensive as hell but it worked for me.

Btw, I did alot of searching, but as far as I can tell, there are no negative side effects in taking creatine. Not that you shouldn't be careful, but I can't find any evidence suggesting that creatine harming your kidneys. However, too much protein might. Which is why patients on dialysis have to monitor their protein intake

Nitrotech is beast. I did gain about 7 pounds of lean muscle in about 8 weeks, but I was also using a liquid creatine from muscle marketing USA. U was also working out like 4-6 days a week 2-3hrs a day. But not 2-3 hrs straight, it was broken up

creatine mono is greatest but all this stuff is just waste of money .... all of these guys using these weight gainers of protien supplements stays skinny ... cause these stuff dont work plus its very expensive and some of them are even risky .. soo unless ur a rick face ... creatine mono is the best period

@pizza242424 hey, just an update there is creatine monohydrate in this product but its so little it will not affect you for what you are taking, enjoy and i would consider chocolate caramel
Anything muscletech or BSN is pure junk. It's nothing but fillers and dye/sugar. Look at the cholesterol in 1 serving. It's not 25g of protein per serving. More like 16g when you do the math on the serving size. When a company becomes well known, they cheapen their products to reduce costs. It's all a gimmick. I prefer optimum nutrition.
