A 2-minute overview of Lassen Volcanic National Park. The pine-fir forests and mountain lakes are dominated by towering 10,500-foot-high Lassen Peak, a volcano that is still considered active. The last major eruption in 1914 was similar to the 1981 eruption of Mt. St. Helens.
