some chords dont sound right such as at 3:14, i dont mean they HAVE to be right it just doesnt sound good. but apart from that i liked what you did with the vocals on the 'dirty mind' part.

the whole song has been remixed and rearranged to stay completely inside the key of E major. the vocal line has been changed inside of melodyne, and nothing goes melodically outside of E major.

as far as your comment on 3:14 goes, maybe you should explain why (you think) it doesn't sound good (if you actually can) instead of just making unsubstantiated claims?

Excuse me? Ask me WHY I THINK IT DOESN'T SOUND GOOD? Because the piano chord just DOESN'T fit well with thom's vocal line. Nice try though, next time don't be critical to someone listening to your music, you aren't gonna go making fans like that. A musician needs to be able to take criticism and learn from it.

well, bridgesmatt, it's not even thom's vocal "line" anymore. it has been changed (as i mentioned). and i don't see any harm is asking "why" and prompting you to explain yourself. tisk tisk. you're so defensive, sir. also, i'm very open to CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. ABSOLUTELY. but, "some chords don't sound right... it just doesn't sound good," isn't constructive at all. you must explain why it doesn't sound good and then maybe offer a suggestion. ah, yes. you see?
