It was officially my first "real Fender bass"I had a 300.00$ mexican made jazzbass(first year or two)that I had to trade in because of its non stop needing neck adjustment,so I traded it in plus another 50.00$ and got a E8 serial numbered sparkle grey JazzBass special and I never looked back, unfortunately I had to sell it for parts(needed cash)BUT still have the body(stripped of color)and just may sell it or add my 73 maple Fender p-bass neck, needs pickups and various electronics,Maybe keep it?
Wrap it up was the second selection for the Thunderbirds on VH1. This was a rockin' Blues band like we have love to see on stage.

@cottonfever1221 You know it! Graham Mabe played on on the first Joe Jackson album and you know how good that sounded.

Great band !
Should never ever stop playing. ;)
Jimmie Vaughan is going on tour soon with Buddy Guy (if he hasn't already started).
