the long styles can look good if you have a long neck tho adn you shorten the face with a good hairstyle, well it works on my long squoval face anyway, long styles thin out my squarish jawline too.

@daisymayeh Actress Rhona Mitra has a square face and she had an asymmetrical bob in the movie Doomsday. I think she pulled it off really well. I would say it just depends on what look you're going for...do you want to embrace your angles or soften them? I have an oval face but I've always wanted a square face, lucky you! :)

If you're square shape would an A line bob be alright? It seems to help me at least if it is straight it looks ridiculous. Really helpful advice thankyou I'll try to add volume up top I've noticed that my hair does look crappy with no volume up top so now I'll put some effort into adding volume.
