Are the exclusive figures worth more halo points than regular figures?

all series 3(inc exclusives) are supposed to have 10 halo points each
but i think there was an error in some of the added on exclusives (walmart/toysRus -blue elite,red elite,AC ODST,AC brute stalker)
some of the AC brutes had 20 halo points 8D

you collect halo (which comes with any halo MCFarlane stuff)to get free stuff like red/blue recon armour for figures or ninja sword thing
