@THEAMERICANEXILE I am no more facist than you my friend. Haiti is poor because of it's internal corruption. My wife will attest to that. She is Hatian. You have to change the culture. The more Haitians blame outsiders instead of fixing and working for their own country the the poorer they will become. There is over $1 billion in aid sitting for rebuilding after the earthquake but it can't be released because it will be stolen by Haiti's corrupt politicians and taken out of the country.

@Neillil411 how can Haiti be poor because of self infliction when haiti was a new country all their products were boy cotted france stol 7billion dollars form haiti they had to pay 30 billion $ in reparations to france,america made haiti dependent of foreign trade invaded it in 1915 bought out the banks,set up dictators that kill 30,000 people keep minimum wage at 24 cents a hour.,and BTW Haiti has a shit load of oil never heard about that have u.as a colony haiti was the most prosperous.so stfu

I'm sorry but Haiti was better under dictatorship. In the 80s Haiti had eveything. Buildings, roads, Bautiful parks, Agriculture, The place was beutiful. The people had commerce and could travel as they had the means. The only thing is you could not practice politics as it was a dictatorship. After Baby Doc. was ousted in 86 it was down hill from there. Those people can't self govern. It is not in their nature/culture whatever. They have to be controled to prosper. Sooo!
