This is my version of Samuel Barber's track written in the early 1930's. Made popular by William Orbit (Ferry Corsten's remix) and Tiesto. I've made this from scratch in Reason 4.0, with no samples.
Performed, arranged and produced by me.

  • @WezBolton It is not contemporary, it's 20th century. And it IS classical.... idiot

  • @LordN3mrod Did you have to train to be such a knobend, or does it just come naturally to you? Cover this yourself, post a video - then let me laugh at your efforts. In the meantime, get off my bloody video.

  • Ugh, this is getting tiresome. As i said, I don't care if its been covered, I don't care if it was 'created' from scratch. (created? lol) I don't care if you built the computer you did this on from scratch. I don't care if you invented YouTube to post it on. All I am saying is slapping a ridiculous, machine-like, non-musical beat on Barber's Adagio for Strings makes it sound like crap. Adagio + beat = crap. My opinion. OK?

  • @filmguychris You really are a fucking tosser aren't you? Go find someone else's version to pick on. There are a lot of versions on here that are worse than mine. And as for slapping a ''machine'' like beat, the ''non strings'' part of this track is a lot more fucking complicated than the strings part, which can be easily played on any keyboard as I did. Thanks for your comments, but seriously do some research before slagging this. Welcome to my blocked list.

  • I don't care if it has been 'covered' a million times. Nothing I said requires research. a stupid, mindless, boring, utterly mechanical, and non-musical electronic crap beat has been added to a wonderful piece of music. This is shit. Period. Why do people ruin stuff by slapping a beat on it and thinking it's 'cool'? How lame....

  • @filmguychris Dude I didn't sample anything I recreated this from scratch. And If I posted it without the beat I bet you'd have a different opinion. Where are your creations?
