I miss Les Mis. I did the musical back in 04. I know its hard watching other people's work objectively, but you can take a look at my own if you want. They're the only vids I have up. I was the lighting designer. (I would have used the follow spots much more sparingly than your designer did ;-) Kinda distracting.
But who am I to critique. My show wasn't perfect either and I hate when people critique my production on aspects I wasn't even involved with, like cutting lines or changing keys. MTI!!

A bit robotic, MORE PASSION! Quit editing out ESSENTIAL lines. Of course, the school's edition is more true to the book 'cause no where in the BOOK does Marius ever have a thing for Eponine - perhaps in the musical, but according to Victor Hugo. And lest not forget the horrible movie where only Liam Neeson's Jean Valjean was the only remotely recognizable character from Les Mis.

singing is so/so...no passion, a couple wrong key-slips, bad acting, its not a play either...try opera/musical, those both work...it should not be done in middle school.

eponine had a good voice, and marius was iight. hey, soliatie dude, u think this is too hard a play to do for a middle schoool? cause thats waht im doing. good scene .
