I've met many Masons, and they're just regular people. Likewise, in the WBT Society it is the same. Most JWs are just people who follow the rules as presented to them. But those at the top aren't serious about following rules, they know they're not important.

I haven't heard of it in my part of the US. But that is interesting that it is being brought into attention like that. I feel recently in the media about within the last few or so years esoteric and occult themes and symbols have been more openly promoted and used, and that a subconscious shift is happening in the public's mind on these subjects. A line is being drawn in the sand.

@Revolt1680 Things often really are what they seem to be, and the simpest answer usually is the right one. Human nature is way too self serving to ever sustain a "secret" conspiracy of any magnitude. The deception is that haters use fear and suspicion to isolate folks that they don't like, and in the confusion bring murder and mayhem, whether on the scale of "Lord of the Flies" or Auschwitz. Anti-semitism is a pretty accurate litmus test for the intent to deceive.

@JTB1956 It could be a very elaborate plan to confuse. Is it my imagination that the anti-semitism is played up? IDK, I just feel that there is an oversaturation of education about the the holocaust, even thought there are so many other examples of genocide, worse ones even, but I'm most commonly running across some kind of educational info about what happened to them when Hitler was in power.
