Weekend-clinic with Bent Branderup. I'm trying to be a worthy rider for my horse, failing totally. But then again, who cares?

  • Hästen verkar missnöjd. How come?

  • Hva mener du? Misnøyd? Hvordan ser du det? O.o Fordi han kaster på hodet? Hvis det er det du mener så gjør han det fordi han vil leke =P

  • I appreciate you uploading this video...I have always riddin with a modern dressage approach, actually I didn't know there was classical.dressage. So for me to see your lesson with Bent is invaluable. So thanks so much. It's looking good.

  • @hawaiianpony atleast she is trying to be a good rider gezz It doesnt look too bad!

  • Advanced riding or not..this looks so..sloppy.......the horse looks so unbalanced.....and this is suppose to be English advanced riding? Wow, and you english people say us Western riders are lazy.......and wtf is that guy wearing? LOL

  • @Toprider27 Frankly speaking: no rythm, horse on the forehand, back not up- no soft connection- my spanish teacher would never except such a riding. Looks like the rider is wearing spurs- for what ? Lovely horse though....

Sorry- but cannot hurray just because its a Bent Branderup clinic....

  • what breed is that horse? The p.r.e stallion im riding looks like your horse, white with grey mane ;D

  • @beautifulstranger18 I'ts actually called "Academic art of riding" ;o)

But you're right, it's a very good way of riding.

But in our stable we ride every horse in this way, the tall ones as well as the ponies =)

  • posting?

  • its the spanish/portugese traditional way of riding, they don't really use the inside rein at all to control their horse, it is more relaxed, just looser reins and using your legs more, with less metal clap-trap in the horses mouth. it's a good way of riding, not right for everyone/every horse but it does work very well for this kind of riding

  • Så flinke dere er! En ordentlig inspirasjon for en som prøver å komme igang med AK ^^,
