Mash Flob @ MCA Chicago

Third Tuesday of the month:
October 2010 to April 2011, 6-7 pm

Be a part of the art or just watch the fun unfold. Mash Flob is your chance to collaborate with professional artists to create wildly infectious, participatory "happenings." For BYOR (Bring Your Own Radio), artist Jon Brumit (from Neighborhood Public Radio) creates an interactive FM radio broadcast event and requests that all visitors bring portable FM radios with headphones to participate. Brumit, an improvisational composer, musician, and radio artist, 'conducts' the evenings ad-hoc ensemble of radio listeners to take actions in the museum while exploring the medium of radio.
