What the hell ? No they're not. there's only three countries that are hispanic that actually have notable amounts of black people which is cuba, puertorico (and there's not that many in puertorico) , and the dominican republic.

omg mike robles your funny i cant stop laughing and do you know they have a book about Latinos in America at Borders books music cafe its $17 and i got the book by the way some of my relatives in la mirada cali 562 are mexican mixed and some in oklahoma city and i think the church part they did was wrong i bet that didnt make god happy and latinos are not bad i happen to love latino men there very sexy
