This is the first trailer fully released to the public through Eddie Lebron. Yes it is basically the same as the leaked MAGfest trailer, however the Sonic is this trailer is the finished version that you will see in the film.

@FindTheComputerRoom uh have u heard they updated the model so now it looks a lot better and yes it is live action but it is a mixture of live action and animation they said it would b released by this december but they may have delayed it i dont know but eddie has updated the look of sonic so it will look better and now mayb u will give this movie a better chance

Hopefully it's as dark and sinister as SatAm but mixed with some comedy similar to Sonic X.

I was exactly wowed by this. A lot of these fan trailers follow the same pattern: Much of it is slow panning shots, taglines emerging from shadows and orchestral music. Very little of it is of any substance, in this case Sonic picking up a ring. Seriously, if this is all the director can show off after all this time, the project is either going to fail or be released some time in 2134.

@Glitcher2000 That is why it's called a 'teaser'. Filming production didn't start until just recently, with a proper trailer coming in a month or so.
