Pratt is dead wrong in blaming Obama for ordering the electronic health records system. That was Dubya's 2004 Order to create a mandatory national electronic database where everyone's health record (all inclusive) would be instantaneously available for review - question is, by WHO and WHY? Not to defend Obama because I distrust Republicans and Democrats alike but let's get the facts straight Pratt.
