While preparing for the California State Board exam, many students concentrate on preparing for the practical part of the test, while forgetting about or putting little effort into preparing for the written part. The result being, they do not pass! In fact, it is not uncommon for many students to fail the written part of the test the first time around. From October 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010, 1,207 out of 3,792 students failed the written test. That's 32% or roughly 1out of 3 who failed!
