Simple making of a bass wobble in garage band. A good place to start if you want to start working on dubstep.
Steps: new track, bass, deep round synth bass, effect "amp simulation". effect "automatic filter", details for automatic filter "speed 1/8th" "intensity 65%".

do those settings and try it out, doesnt sound to horrible, mess with reverb or what ever you would like to get the sound you want. sorry for the no screen capture software.

  • The only problem ive had w the auto filter is it tends to lose the bass intensity w longer notes. It helps to also adjust the compressor volume settings

  • if you have good music going in, all you will get is good music coming out. no matter what software you use. i use and love garageband and i have created many professional mixes with it.

  • OMG THIS WAS THE BIGGEST HELP EVER IM NOW MAKIN MUSIC THANKS TO YOU I LOVE THE AUTOMATIC FILTER

  • LOL ever hear of screencapping?
