This video was taken June 15, 2008 on river road in Janesville, WI. Flooding has pushed the Rock River over it's banks, across the roads and into peoples homes. Carp can be seen spawning in peoples yards. Sand bags have managed to keep some homes dry, while other attempts have failed. we experienced water levels over 2 feet deep, and were told by some that there were areas as deep as 4 feet or more just south of where we were.
Oh this is so horrible! All this water. What ever r we going to do. Janesville sucks

this seems unsafe walking in the flooded river, could get swept away, also the river was insanely polluted because the treatment plants were overflowing
