Hi Scott!!!
-
Has anybody tried these cattle in warmer climates?I saw plenty in their home county in France in 2007.They were often crossed with Limousins. Theres none here in Australia yet, plenty of Limousins often crossed with Angus. They are truly a fine looking breed of cattle, Aubrac itself is a very nice part of France real cattle country.

Nothing quite like cattle that can make it on grass. These Aubracs are ideal for effiient conversion of low-quality forage into high-quality beef. The cattle in the video have not been fed hay in two years, wintering on their own on the open range of eastern Montana.
