SOLID ALUMINIUM RUBIK'S CUBE

This is a fully working solid aluminium Rubik's cube. This highly-polished, full sized 2 1/4" Rubik's cube was hand-machined from solid aluminium bars. It weighs 450g or 1 Lb. All the centres are sprung loaded and it's movement is very smooth.
The internal design of the cube is different from a plastic injection moulded cube. It is my own unique design, it is designed for smoother low friction movement and to be hard to take apart.
This cube was hand machined on a 1960's Myford lathe.
