Firearm was an unreleased game intended for both the Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis. It was programmed by Malibu Interactive's Allan Shortt.
In December of 2010, a very early alpha build of the Super Nintendo version showed up on the internet. Whether the game got any further than this state is generally unknown; however, this build shows us a game that's in a state that makes the infamous Real Shitty Batman look like a masterpiece.
Nonetheless, the game actually seems to have some potential to be fun if it got a much longer period of development, and I personally hope that I'll one day get to play through a more finished version of the game.
@NooneAndNothing yes it is, he said in a 2009 interview, even on his site there was an mp3 sample, but its offline.

I'm sure that Tim Follin made the song because:
1. It's sampled in awesome quality
2. One of the sounds used in the song is also used in Plok and he did the soundtrack of that game
