Are you really expected to wear those outfits to diner? Very nice traditional meal. I also saw the groping of your wife. LOL, didn`t look like she was upset by it.

@MsChopperdog The outfits are optional. In fact I think we were the only ones wearing them in the dining room. As for the groping - she'd used to it.

@tomlinid Sandwichs are exclusively Japanese.

The trains in the UK have names as well but the Sandwichs are cheaper in Japan and probably taste better than in the UK. The food on the Amtrax trains in California is also more expensive they have burgers but I never saw any Sandwichs.
