Well he will receive a fair trial on judgement day, and so will tiller. I think we all know which one is burning (the one who killed 60,000 hint hint wink wink) and which one will be saved (the one who stopped that number from getting any larger hint hint wink wink)

I don't understand why Roder is put on trial for 1 murder of a person when Tiller committed 20,000+ persons. Strange legal system if you ask me.

since when are embryos children? I find people who think they are morally superior to me amusing. The cognitive dissonance here is that Roeder, who first of all doesn't even have a relationship with his own living breathing children, murdered a living, breathing vital member of society in front of his family in the place where they worshiped the same deity as you.

The only hyperbole is defending those who murder innocent children. Stopping Tiller is no different than shooting some maniac for gunning down children in a schoolyard. You're a hypocrite. You hold corruption in high regard at the expense of innocence.

@flagwaver1969 Call abortion wrong or say you disagree with the law, but when you call it murder, you make crazy people feel entitled to pick up a gun.
If you want to participate in domestic terrorism and incite the more unstable individuals among you to murder living, breathing members of society then continue to use and participate in hyperbolic rhetoric.

he was tried and convicted under Kansas statutes not federal law.

yes. a trial by a jury of his peers.
...this trial isn't about abortion, it's about a guy murdering another guy.
If abortion was a crime and george tiller was on trial, then it would be about abortion.
