There is clearly no sign that you assaulted the man in black or caused a breach of the peace. It appears more to me that you were the one assaulted. The police are acting totally against their oath of service.

so the guy in black has committed fraud, forgery, deception and perjury and the officer has aided and abetted in the same acts.

the officer had been told my son had paid his bill and he was also told the warrant had been gained by fraud, the officer decided to take the stance that he was able to make a choice which he was not after the guy in black assaults me with his right hand he claims I assaulted him you can see nothing like that happens the officer then assaults me arrest me without reading me my rights and kidnaps me, after this event I went to the court and they said they have issued no warrant.
