That would be a Seamus O'Kane bodhran. He's a living legend when it comes to bodhran makers. His son, Diarmaid, makes bodhrans too.

Both Seamus' and Diarmaid's drums are one of the best on the market and I am glad to have ordered a 15" x 6" D Style bodhran from Diarmaid. It should be delivered soon, I can hardly wait!
