On Friday May 28, 2010, Glenn Beck ran a special on "African-American Founders."

One of Glenny's themes is that nasty libs try to cast slavery as too big of a problem. Consistent with the views of his intellectual mentor, Glenn Beck is hellbent on portraying the institution of slavery as not that big of a deal.

In this segment, he describes a slave as "helping row the boat" without identifying the rower as a slave.

  • How is everyone so confident that that guy was a slave, because you assume he was. Assumptions are not facts; do your own research, stop being ignorant.

  • @KathrineRose77 Uhhhh, I'm actually embarrassed for you. You do realize that there's this thing called history that can be studied, right?

Prince Whipple was a slave. That's a historical fact. Look it up. Again, I'm embarrassed for you.

  • OK Glenn, and hod did your white heroes repay the blacks for helping to defeat the British? By a century of Jim Crow laws! Go read some history.

Nobody is denying that there were some free blacks, or even a few prominent or successful ones. Slave Owners saw their slaves as their "property" whom a "tyrannical government" had no right to take away from them. Washington saw it as an "evil necessity".

but hey look there's Washington with a black guy!...he's either preying on dumbasses or is one himself.

  • @KathrineRose77

Yeah, these liberals forget that the southern states got them recognized as 3/5 human beings

....so they could have a greater representation at the federal level while granting slaves none of the rights of free men.....but I guess because they used the term "humans" we should accept it at face value at not look the context that it took place in...Beck is either a willingly deceitful ass or a moron. You can only pick one.

  • @KathrineRose77 Also black people aren't native to New England ya fuck.

  • @Sogwa Bannker was just a surveyor who had nothing to do with L'Enfant's plans

  • Nothing more pathetic than this right wing fool who actually thinks he is some civil rights leader

  • i have found history books that back what beck has said so what books do i read to back you

  • @StopBeck Hey StopBeck.... you have the BEST name of all of Youtube!
