Saving the Day

Gary, a recent college grad slacker, is working as a security guard for a well known crime boss. One night, while not paying attention, the boss's daughter is kidnapped under Gary's watch, and now he has to get her back before the boss finds out...

The idea for this came up while we were making another movie titled "The Call", which is also about a kidnapping. We wanted to do a comedy that revolved around that plot device, as a change of pace from the serious stuff that we usually do.

It took about 2 days to shoot, with the majority of it in one long day. The outside of the warehouse stuff was done on a very cold day, but we got everything we needed to get. Thanks for the interest.

I really enjoy your work. It's a simple story, but well crafted. Thank you for using a tripod, doing the work and doing the setups. Yes. It takes time to do it right. But, it's all revealed on the screen. Kudos.
