I can recommend a GREAT parrotlet breeder here in NJ.. his prices are so darn reasonable you will buy more than one!!

Big Tip... get rid of one! It's impossible for them to 'tune' into you when they have a distraction so close at hand!

Yes, he imitates the sound of when I tap my spoon on the edge of my cup of coffee after I stir it.
He imitates the sound of when I drain water from a bowl of veggies I nuked in the microwave.
I got a new phone, he imitates that now.
He imitates the seagulls outside.
Oh...and one of the PC games I play when I destroy more than 3 balls in a row....he has that sound too...LOL
He has soooo many...he's pretty smart for a little bird!

@scootrgrl Wow that's cute! I used to have a Senegal Parrot named Kermit (unfortunately he passed away early last year) and the only word he say is "Peek-a-Boo", "Kermit" and sounds like microwave beeps and the handphone SMS tones. These beeps sometimes does get a little annoying. Haha. Do Buzz mimic these sounds other than talking?

I used to sing Old McDonalds farm to him when he was a baby, his first words were "with a chirp, chirp here and a chirp chirp there" Although...sometimes he would get his verses mixed up....LOL. He has a huge vocabulary, always has something funny to say!

Thanks for the recommendation but I live in Canada, would be way to far to drive to NJ to get a parrotlet...lol. I know of a great breeder here too where I got Buzz.

@ssmb06 No, I'm not looking, one parrotlet is enough for me..LOL! He is the "king" of the house and I don't think he would appreciate having any competition for attention..lol

Buzz' new word as of today is "Turkey" everything is "hi Turkey" lately...what a funny bird!
