He played two tracks on The Old Grey Whistle Test when Astral Skies came out - this was one. It blew me away, AFAIK it wasn't available at that time. We didn't have a vcr but I my tape deck was ready!
Recently I found the tape but it was mashed - just too many years sitting in a box unplayed.
I think it was because I watched OGWT that I skipped school and hopped on a but 75 miles to see him perform in Newcastle.
Great to hear it again - thanks a million!
