Just type WinMugen in google and if it isn't there, download off my page on youtube. Music, I can send to you if you wish. Stage, just look for this stage, it's made by SyN. Chars, just type chars into google. Example: Shao Kahn Mugen Download. Though watch out for viruses. After that, just watch vids on how to install all that and you be set. :P
