  • It is legal in Denmark too. The idea that sex workers would be economically coerced into sex work is correct, only in the sense that everyone who works for a living is economically coerced into working. Sex work is not nearly the most dangerous kind of jobs there exist in the world, nor are they close to the worst kind of jobs, though what one finds to be better or worse is subjective and that is the main reason why anti sex worker should STFU.

  • @TheRenekruse Very good point, I totally agree! :)

    “When a woman reaches orgasm with a man she is only collaborating with the patriarchal system, eroticizing her own oppression.”

    - Sheila Jeffreys: professor, political activist and author

    I love my sexy, fat manly cock, so do the sex-positive women that enjoy playing with me.

    Most men are good, very hard-working human beings, not testosterone-poisoned evil.

    Wimmin, you grow a pair, of brains cells, and light up your bigoted hate-filled heads.

  • Anyone who is doing a job they don't absolutely love and would not do for free is economically coerced to do that job. Males are economically coerced to do many jobs because society expects them to be the main bread winners. Women treat men as success objects instead of people and that is also an economic coercion of males.

  • You have no tits so you shouldn't be allowed to speak.

  • @IndifferentSky good questions, I left a comment, I can answer the question. She need to do research on this fer sure.

  • Im in the Netherlands where pros is legal, most pros come from other countries, about 70-80% of which most are severe sex trafficked (crime). Then there are Dutch girls/women themselves of which most are forced by pimps (crime), then there is about 10-20% left that may do it 'voluntarily', students, drugaddicts, low income/poor people and some that do it b/c they like it. Im in a rich country, but you can see most are trafficked, and if not is for money reasons.

  • 2. Most of the time we talk about the subject, we are talking about affluent countries. But why don't you research how many of them are immigrants? You didn't think to ask? Are you suggesting that Migrant workers with huge debts to pay back and under other people's control are choosing it? The anti position is not that there aren't people that "choose" this(most of us are constrained and don't have a lot of choice, but ok...) It's the fact that with demand comes human trafficking and sex slavery

  • Would it kill you to research this topic? Do you know the demographic of sex workers in Australia? Have you ever researched trafficking? "remember to educate yourselves to the best of your ability", like you did for this video? Look, on you tube, you'll just get a bunch of people nodding if you say anything about prostitution being a grand choice. These guys don't know the first thing about human trafficking or care. But hey welcome to your new social club, that's what all this is about anyway.

  • @sWeepingsAnd My point is pretty much that fixing the social security system will prevent women who do not want to enter into prostitution from being forced to. Again, excepting trafficking, which is an entirely different problem with a different solution.

  • @1stCainite and why not fix that first;

    before allowing the lower classes women to be conscripted into the sex industry?

    don't you respect them?

  • @sWeepingsAnd It is not a matter of the number of people in the country. it is a matter of the willingness of the people in the country to accept higher taxes in order to gain some security in their daily lives.

    I do not see why, if they were willing to operate on a higher tax scale, a population of 300 million would not be able to have a stable social security system.
