@scholesyandsidwell Wrong starve the fish for 3 days (a fish can live for 2 weeks before getting hungry so don't worry) then feed it defrosted crushed up peas.

How is it doing?

Swim Bladder disorder turns them upside down. Add cooked and shell peas a couple of times a week into his diet and he shouldn't have this problem again. :)

@Skaterboy1091 Peas are not poison to the fish. I have fed my betta fish peas when he had swim bladder. The tank was filled with Planaria parasites and he kept eating them nonstop.. (THANKFULLY, I FINALLY GOT RID OF THEM!) The fish was back to normal in 1 day (for me!)
Also when feeding peas to a fish, put the pea in hot boiling water and peel off the skin. Then put it in cooler water. Peas clear up the system so that they won't have swim bladder anymore..
