I love this song, its one of the few that remains almost unchanged from the gameboy version which was how I was introduced to megaman.

If you think about it, Dr. Wily is a meniacal, evil, and insane person who builds all of his castles and combat machines on skulls, yet some other guy comes up with a skullman before he does? doesn't make sense.
