Philadelphia Flyers Wives Fight for Lives Carnival 2010

The Philadelphia Flyers wives show yet again how classy and how they outclass all the wives on all other 29 teams by hosting their Fight for Lives carnival, every carnival they host they raise tons of money, and have to hand it to flyers fans too, they might have a bad reputation but when it comes to support and helping the community, they hands down hold the bar. Yet another reason that even though i'm a Habs fan, i love the Flyers organization.

The Flyers Wives Carnival was started as a tribute to Barry Ashbee who died of cancer in the teams first few years, so they started it to raise funds for other people who suffer from cancer and or survivors of cancer, they were the first, and no one makes as much as the Flyers Wives do, new wives every year and some of the older ones and they're always there doing it for the public. No other team has matched it. and May not.

a lot of other teams from different sports hold fundraisers like this, you should also give them recognition instead of throwing them under the bus
