Just a random question but what do you put your canvas size and resolution at and other setting like that. Does it really affect anything?
undeadpr0digy 11 months ago 2
@undeadpr0digy Normally I use a canvas size of 3000 x 2000.
This one was done with a default 1600 x 1200 canvas (Defaults based on screen res)
It affects resolution and the size of the brushes, but I just use the larger canvas in case the images need to be used for print later.

Hey im using a Cintiq too, my sketchbook pro isnt picking up my tablet sensitivity, is there anything i can do to make it work, thanks
TheFuzzyRaven 1 year ago
@TheFuzzyRaven Go to your screen settings and make sure that the Cintiq is the Primary Monitor. It shouldn't matter if you are running Extended or Cloned. And if you haven't already, install the latest driver for your model Cintiq from Wacom.com. Then run the Tablet Properties and calibrate. Check to make sure the Sensitivity slider is somewhere in the middle. If that doesn't help, send me a PM.

@TheFuzzyRaven Airbrush for most shading and highlights, and paintbrush for solid blocks of color, normally as a base color
