  • too good.

  • @4wd4ever Uhm. Julius Sumner Miller.

  • It's hard to believe I watched this show 30+ years ago. I am so glad to have found this series again. Oh, and @yellowmustang71: This guy is one of the great physics instructors of all time. This was designed for younger people to get them interested and informed, not pass HS AP physics.

  • jabber jabber blah blah blah stop using so many fancy words for simple concepts please

  • he is so great! what is his name?

  • would the principle of the balancing toys, or the cork that he used with the two forks, would that work for a human? if someone was to stand on a pole with two heavy weights each side, could he not fall over?

  • wow.i jst love tis guy..i wish i get to meet him in heaven..

  • Brilliant ^_^

  • The centre of gravity in a donut is in the middle of the HAWL.

  • Just enough information. Watch with either a page of notes or a blank email, and you will have much to go learn on this amazing internet (while it lasts). Do not go anywhere near mercury though, as Miller so often does.

Not to scrutinise, but interesting to notice how at the end he takes a drink at one end of the table, puts it down, walks to the other end of the table and drinks from another. My behaviour often appears bizarre to others, but I have lots of dental work containing mercury.
