This was a VERY serious show, i mean yeah it had a lot of light hearted moments but it was a TRUE drama series, many times i got teary eyed in it.

man i loved this show as a teen growing up and still love this show to this day. That episode with the old lady had me crying. That and the episode with bruce's death and funeral. This really is a great series and one of leiji matsumoto's bests ever since galaxy express 999 and captain harlock. True legend in the game.

@futbolboy7910 it's one of my favorites too. Along with romeo x juliet, chrono crusade, fruits basket, revolutionary girl utena, and sailor moon.

my older brother said that all anime is gay but after he watched a little bit of this he thought it was an awesome great sad and memorable anime with a good story and good music
