Blysse and Ellie sang in a concert at the Bookworm in Sanlitun (Beijing) on December 1st. They did great! The fifth and last song they sang was Little Lamb, from the Agnus Dei of John Rutter's Mass of the Children

  • thanks for adding this video, can you tell me more about your IFC Children's Chorus? They look like a mix of American Children and nationals.... am I correct?

  • Actually, most of the kids attend British schools around Beijing. My daughters Blysse and Ellie (apparent by my obviously biased cropping) may be the only Americans. The group is a mix of mostly European, Chinese, other Asian, and mixed kids. The conductor, Helena, teaches music at Harrow, and the pianist, Paul, also works there. All three of us are on the committee for the parent organization, The International Festival Chorus (Beijing) which is one of the best things to ever happen to me.
